How close to sold-out is VGC???

I cant even explain how much I want to add on 50 points at VCG... however we just added on 125 at BLT and not sure there is tons left in the budget for lots more add ons... I was wondering how close it was to sold out... ALSO .... I have a 30 point BWV contract that I would consider selling to get the 50 at VGC, so I would only really pay for 25ish... TIA

Best we can tell, VGC is roughly half sold. Maybe a bit less. Probably be on sale another 6-12 months.

I'm curious about VGC sales, too. The Orange County (FL) Comptroller's website is very user friendly, and we have been able to track all sorts of information about sales for BLT, AKV, and SSR. For example, we have estimated that BLT has sold over 2.1 million points through 9/16/2009, and that it is projected to sell about 5.8 million points.

But the Orange County (CA) website is not nearly as user friendly. I can see deeds that have been recorded for VGC, but I have yet to discover how to electronically access the deeds to count actual point sales. If anyone knows how that can be done, please let me know.
