How can it be MORE $$ AFTER NYE??

I'm confused..... I was checking with DU (& other places) & noticed a trend: hotel prices (some, anyway) were MORE expensive AFTER NYE than before. That sounds very strange to me as I would think the night of NYE would be more expensive than 3 nights after!

I wonder if some hotels have not released their 2004 discount rates to the booking sites?
