How can I get a recipe from the Flying Fish?

I ate at the Flying Fish twice in April, and absolutely loved their Yellowfin Tuna Two Ways appetizer. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on how I could get the recipe. I enjoyed it so much that I plan on going back in September for the free dining. Any help would be appreciated.

There are several recipes on allears.net. Not sure if this one in particular is there. If not, you might try contacting them directly to see if they will give it to you. Couldn't hurt to ask.

I am sure if you call them directly, they will be happy to share the recipe. We have done this with several recipes from different WDW resorts (althoughn ever FF).

I just got the recipe from the Chef at the FF. I am so pleased that if you ask, they will give it to you. They were very happy to hear how much I enjoyed the dining experiance, and were happy to accommodate my request.
