How Busy in March?

We are going to WDW March 20-26 and have never gone during peak season. How busy will it be the week before Easter? We the lines be an hour or more wait?

We usually go during regular season or value season and I'm not sure what I'm getting myself into.

This March will be very busy with early Easter and college spring breaks. With good planning you should be OK.

The week before Easter is usually busier than the week after Easter. The lines can be 1-2 hours+. Just plan everything out, use FastPass, go to the later shows (Fantasmic is usually shown twice); make all PS, and head back to the room around lunch time for a short break! Return to the parks after the afternoon parade and a lot of the crowds are gone. We go every Easter, and every year they close MK for at least an hour or two! However, the parks are all open late.
If you plan on going to the waterparks, be sure to go first thing in the morning. Last year they were closed by 11:00 am.

Oh MY!!! closed at 11:00a.m for a water park and Magic Kingdom closed for an hour or two! What do yo do if you take a break and go back to the parks and they are closed, but you only have a ticket to get into Magic Kingdom? Will they let you go to another park?

The parks tend to empy out after the afternoon parades. We have never had trouble getting into the parks after 4:00 pm.

It will depend on the level of closing that they are at. If they are at level 4, no one will be let in. If you are staying onsite, using Disney Transportation, and have already been in the park that day, your chances of getting back in for the rest of the day are definitely better!

Thanks. We are staying at POR so hopefully we will not run across this problem. How fast to fass passes run out? One time in May they were all gone by 4pm.
