how busy blizzard bch in Oct?

Has anyone been to blizzard beach the 1st week of October? My DH and I are leaving all the kids at home for our 5th anniversary and want to spend sometime at the waterparks, for enjoyment! Anyone with info, please let us know!

Pretty busy last year (in my opinion), but it was also the time of the Fairy Tale package (or whatever it was called!).

We went in the middle of the week the last week of October 2002. It was hot and pretty crowded by 1-2:00. We were there at rope drop, so we had a decent time untilt the crowds set in. I'd go as early as possible.
