We've been thru the WIDE thread....now how 'bout anybody out there with SKIS like mine?! ha.

I wear a ladie's size 10 (very narrow or slim) and slides and sandals FLOP about on my feet...I want SO BADLY to be able to wear those cute slides at PayLess, etc., and NO DICE!

Soooo, for anyone out there with narrow feet....what has worked for you in terms of comfort and a lot of walking? I bought Tevas 2 years ago, but they have VERY high arches, and haven't been a great fit for me...I LOVE the look of those Crocs, and would love to have 'em, but can tell by the look of them that I couldn't keep them on....:(

any comments or suggestions?!

Hi..I also have a very narrow foot and order most of my shoes online. I have a couple of pairs of Birkenstock sandals that are wonderful. Their website is www.birkenstock.com. I use Talbots online for dressy shoes or sandals. You can also find a variety of narrow shoes, sneakers and sandals at www.zappos.com. I hope this helps.

I'd love to hear anything on this topic too! I'm a 9 slim (really a AAA or AAAA). Last year I picked up some Van Eli dress and casual sandals that fit well. But I wouldn't use the casual ones for Disney since they have a heel. I have seen that nordstrom.com has lots of narrows but have never been brave enough to order.

I'd love to hear if someone finds something that is suitable for lots of walking. Otherwise, I'll be wearing my Keds or New Balance tennis shoes.

In the same boat here! But the best pair of sandals I've worn are a pair from Easy Spirit. They are a few years old and I've been there to replace them but can't find another pair I like as well. But as for slides, I can't find any that stay on my feet:( .

I also wear a narrow shoe, size 8. I have a pair of Birkenstock sandals with the three straps in a narrow width. I wear them everywhere except in the parks. I wear tennis shoes in the parks.

:bounce: Other people with narrow feet! I am a 9 1/2 Narrow. Sandals do not work on my feet unless they are a narrow width. The only ones I have found to fit are Naturalizers. They have narrow width sandals. You can go to a Naturalizer store or order online. I'm glad to hear of other brands that work. I'll be checking them out.
