how big is Cindy's?

I was just wondering how big (how many tables) is there in Cinderella's Castle? How many do they seat in there? We have a large party for dinner and I'd like to know if they could sit us all at once. The more seating=better chance.

Thats something we noticed during our meal there, that its not a very large restaurant(part of the reason for difficulty getting PS). I dont know how many tables, but Id say maybe its average size. We had a party of 7 and we were seated at 2 tables next to each other(4 & 4). If I remember correctly the inside seats were all one long bench type thing giving the impression we were seated together.

Cindy's seats 180-195 Depending on if tables for 4 get turned into 5 and tables for 6 into 7 or even 8 sometimes. If your party is 7 or larger you will be automatically booked on two tables. (In the DRS they tables sizes for Cindy's are only listed as high as tables for six, so no there is no way they can book tables for 8). When you arrive the should ask you if you are first available or willing to wait. If you choose first available they will try to seat you as close together as possible, but no guarantee that they will be together. If you choose willing to wait then it could be up to 45 mins, but you will be seated together. Now the only problem with this is that your whole party has to be there when you check in and stay while you wait because it could be less than 45 mins.

Most times it is less than 45 mins, but there were sometimes when guests had to wait the whole 45 mins. Even if CRO say you will definitely be seated together be prepared for them to ask you about willing to wait, first available when you check in. CRO did this alot and then the guests got mad because this was not the policy.

There would be 30-40 of us plus kids. We'd like to do dinner in the park so we can all meet up. Could they do a ressie for that many people at one seating in the park? Or am I just insane?

You're insane.

I can't think of many restaurants that could accomodate such a large group ,except the German Restaurant at Epcot.

Cindy's would be impossible.Sorry.

They should be able to accomodate you as long as you do it enough in advance...like the 60 day out mark. Plus you will have to go through group dining. I dont believe they will be able to get all 40 together but they could get smaller groups out of the 40 together. Call group dining 40 days out and try to make PS's for as close to 4:00 as you can. This the beginning of dinner so you have the best chance to be set together then!! Good Luck!!
