how big is a full size rental...really?

we are going to wdw in november arriving on the 29th....the last day of blackout dates!! if i rent a van it's almost $100 more to rent on the 29th instead of the 30th. so....i was thinking i'll get the full size car for $177 for the week.....but....how big is a full size really?

i have 3 children...one is an infant in an infant seat. the other two are in boosters. the alamo website says it's a buick century. any ideas? is it do-able? we will probably use wdw transportation, but i don't to be without a car with a little one (diapers/wipes/food, etc).

We had an Impala on the last visit (and it is one of the Alamo full size cars, btw, you can pick the car you want) and it was more than large enough for what you have. The trunk is 18.6 cubic feet, the gas tank is 17.0 gallons and it is very roomy inside.
We also had an Impala with my son, daughter and her s/o. My daughter packs like she is going away for months and we had plenty of room for her stuff in addition to our stuff (4 bags for us), my son's stuff and her s/o's stuff. Since they are adults, I would imagine that would equate to an infant seat and boosters. My son is over 6' tall, her s/o about the same height and she is tiny at 5'5". The Century is similar inside, but with a 16.7 cubic foot trunk and a 17.0 gallon gas tank. ( I was bored one day so I looked all this stuff up, I need a life, lol.) Hope this helps.

i went ahead & got the booking with alamo....i actually rebooked it 3 times bc i kept finding other codes & coupons....the best i got was a code that let me have one day free...total with tax...$194.62!
