How badly do you want to hear "Welcome Home" right now to start a new DVC vacation?

Looking forward to hearing once a month for the next 4 months.

Everyone I know thinks I'm out of my mind, including DH, DD & DS for always saying that I would go once a month October through April.
I am so happy to hear that someone else thinks the same way!!!

As it is, I have an October reservation for myself, a November reservation with my DH, February with the entire family and April for me and DH, and I'm already thinking, "what about January and March!!!"

The other day at work one of my co-workers asked me when my DH and I are going on a "real" vacation!????
What does that mean????

How is it that so many people don't consider repeated Disney trips real vacations, but going to an all inclusive in the Caribbean year after year is? I just plain old do not get it!

Would live to hear it now. We just cancelled a week long stay because dh had pneumonia. Should have been at kidani last week. Life's crazy right now and need a break. Dh and I are headed down for a couples weekend in November and we are booked for twelve nights in January. March will be a make up trip for the one we just cancelled. Lots to look forward to but escaping to the disney bubble sounds good.

We never get tired of hearing Welcome Home or have a Disney day.

17 days until we hear those magic words, but I never tire of them either. The only bummer this year is we are not renting a car, so I wont hear those words at the guard shack everytime we drive back "home" for the day!

BAD!! We were set to stay at Kidani Sept 26 - Oct 1 but had to cancel as we bought our first home and closed on Sept 18. No way could we travel that close to closing! So we postponed to May 1 - 8 days at WDW and 3 at Vero for our 10 year anniversary! I miss my happy place but having a home of our own is a good reason to delay going.

And since we spent 11 days at VWL in February I guess I can't complain!

Just back 4 days ago and our Fall/Winter is packed with family stuff but our next Welcome home is 145 days away which sure feels far.

BTW, am I the only one who tears up when they say 'Welcome Home" when you enter the gates of any DVC resort? - My family thinks I'm crazy but I know I'm not I'm just happy to be home !!!

Heading to HHI in November to hear "Welcome Home"! Then on to Aulani in February 2014 to hear "Aloha, Welcome Home"! Then OKW in November 2014 to attend Food & Wine Festival and to hear "Welcome Home" once again!
