How bad will it be Christmas week?

The week before the black outs start are actually much much busier than the immediate days after since all the locals know they will be blacked out the rest of the year they all go en mass to Disney for the last time with the Christmas stuff going on. So the week between black outs starting and Christmas isn’t busy but then after Christmas and before new years it picks up

Oh man!! If this holds true - we somehow caught a sweet spot in the holiday season! We have a quick trip 12/19-23

We are used to WDW crowd navigation and touring - Thanksgiving and Spring Break - but haven’t been in December near Christmas. I truly hope we find some luck in a tiny way on this front as it sounds like MVMCP is busier/more packed than ever this year.

We went Christmas week last year for the first time.

It was way way worse than I thought and I already had low expectations.

Seven Dwarfs Mine Train was 120 min wait at 6:30 am. Waited almost an hour for a table at Colombia Harbor House.

That said, decorations were beautiful and we had a great time. I’m happy to have gone but I won’t go Christmas week ever again.
