I haven't been to Tony's since 1999 and for good reason. But lets do this, I am not expecting to have the best Italian food ever, but I am expecting at least Olive Garden quality which I am not a fan of Olive Garden either. I have read here on the boards that in some cases it has been inedible, I did read a menu and how can you screw up a Chicken Caesar Salad???? Any and all opinions are welcome. BTW I booked this out of convenience on Halloween because I have tickets to the MNSSHP and this was the only ADR available for that date inside the MK

Honestly, it was my worst meal at WDW. The spaghetti hardly had any sauce and just had no taste. I don't expect super quality but it was by far the worst. I like Olive Garden and it wasn't even close. This was in 2010 so maybe it's gotten better.

I haven't been, but read this thread in hopes for some answers to your question because I have been wondering the same thing. I haven't heard many great things about the restaurant, so it would be interesting to find someone who thinks TTS is great!

We have been several times over the last 6 years. After reading mixed reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. Would never claim that it was a "best meal ever", but certainly far from inedible! We would definitely go back if it fit into our plans!

tried it back in 09 and again last year. this was far from the best meal i had on trip. i am not an olive garden fan and found this place to be below that. it is convenient for a location and being in MK but i would never go out looking for this place unless it is was a last choice. i would tend to look at any of the MK resorts and eat at one of those.

An easy out for this may be to consider whether you really want to do a TS on your MNSSHP day. That's a lot of time spent waiting for food when you really want to enjoy the premium hours you have paid for in the park. IMHO, I'd forget about a TS that day & just do a counter service meal to save time. Columbia Harbor House is tasty & the seating upstairs is great. If using the DP, then book a nice TS lunch at another park on a different day if you need to use up that credit. If not on the DP, then save your money for a food splurge somewhere else.

It was fine for us. Not a place I would jump at the chance to go back to, but given the limited number of TS restaurants IN MK, it did alright. I had the shrimp scampi, and having read many so-so reviews prior to going, asked for extra garlic.

Although there are WDW restaurants I like better, I have never had a bad meal at Tony's.

I dont hate it, but I like other places better. On the other hand, its my brothers favorite restaurant!

I was there this Spring and ordered the spaghetti & meatballs. Completely average but completely edible. I have been to Tony's many times and while it is never fantastic, it's never been awful. Average restaurant, average service, overpriced (but so is everything in Disney!)

I really enjoy Tony's and really don't get why everyone says it is so bad. The chicken parmesan is really tasty and the pistachio crème brulee is one of my favorite desserts at WDW! I do agree that they don't give you very much sauce. That's why I ask for extra!

Have to agree with this. We have eaten here the last 5 trips and got the same thing as above each time.

We always get the same thing the few times we have been of salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and dessert and have never had a bad meal or service there. We go again in November for an early dinner before MVMCP.

Two years ago I found the food disgusting. Worst meatball ever. Sauce right from a jar. Wilted lettuce. Overlooked chicken. Bad service. Will never go back.

I have the adr at 5:05 for mnsshp on Halloween and its arrival day!!! Idk what to do the party won't officially start until 7 so I will be out before anything gets started and dd (8) just wants jack and salty so I will get that out if the way first even though it could be an hour or more wait

I am really surprised by all these - we are their last December (first time - by chance ... We had a TS left... It started to rain... I asked and they were able to seat us).

It was really good! Bothine and DH and the kids enjoyed their little meatball... I actually booked it for September because of it being so good. Now I am worried :/

It surely wasn't the best Food but I have far, far worse at Disney!
