Thanks for the memories MJ. We were on that cruise as well. The morning we were supposed to be in Cabo my bed felt like it was a teeter totter. In visiting with the Cruise Director (forgetting her name right now) she said that she could not open the door to her veranda because of the wind. Sad that we missed Cabo, but DCL scrambled and we stopped in Manzanillo and had a very good day there. We snorkeled - and we did run into a HUGE wave on the boat ride across the bay to the snorkeling location.View attachment 270146 View attachment 270147 We also missed a port during the EBPC cruise back in 2005. I think it was Hurricane Hilary that we were trying to avoid but did get hit with some of it. Made for some rough seas and they eventually closed all the outdoor public decks. The winds were fierce and seas high. I liked it but many onboard were ill from it.
