How are things billed?

I don't know how to search for this question in particular but how are things billed at TS establishments. For instance if I went to Raglen Road and ordered a cup of soup with my meal, I would be charged for it right? It wouldn't count as a snack credit plus a meal credit. I would assume I would just pay out of pocket for the soup at the end of the meal. Same for an appetizer. TIA

If you're using plan entitlements with a meal, those items will be zeroed out on the final bill, leaving the remaining items at their regular costs to be paid for OOP. (You will receive a full-price bill before plan entitlements are applied.)

I don't know of any table service items that would qualify for a snack credit.
