I have had delightful experiences with all restaurants run by Disney. From your list, I have been to Coral Reef, and it was great. The chef came out and planned my menu with me, and he even made me a fabulous desert. Disney is one of the easiest places to vacation GF (we have 6 in our family who can't eat gluten)!

Thank you it will be much easier plan places to eat.

The only place I've been to on your list is Cosmic Ray's. My only caution is to try and go when it's not super crowded. It can get slammed during the middle of the afternoon. It ma take a little while to get your GF food so you may want to get there ahead of the rest of your group and place your order.

Here's my experiences/thoughts.

Columbia Harbour House: We love it. Typically we get the chicken tenders with fries here.

Cosmic rays: Another place we've have great experiences. Their rotisserie chicken and ribs are GF and they typically have hamburger buns as well. They seem to be hit and miss regarding fries. Last time we ate there (a couple years ago) they didn't have a dedicated frier so fries had to be baked but I've read several reports where the manager wouldn't do that so people had to order different sides.

Wolfgang Puck Express: never tried it

Pepper market: Never been, never will go. There are only a handful of non-Disney owned restaurants I'll try at WDW and this is not one of them. I've read a few good reports but I've read far more scary ones.

Tony's Town square: Just tried it the first time this past February. I think we ate the first non-home-made meatballs we've ever eaten. Seriously, spaghetti and meatballs. How can you go wrong? The sorbet was really nice too.

Coral Reef: GF food is pretty tasty with a lot of options for variety. It's good but not at the top of my list for returning though we have eaten there twice because my 12yo loves the fish tank.

San Angel: Never been, never will go. See comment about Pepper Market.

Maya Grill: We ate here once several years ago. It's another non-Disney owned restaurants. The chef tried but didn't have much to work with. I think we ate things like steak, plain shrimp, plain baked potatoes, etc. Basically, the same types of things you'll get at any restaurant. There are too many other places that will have more to offer so we won't be back even though there was nothing actually wrong with our meal.

Grand Floridian Cafe: One of these days I'm going to try it. Now that DD12 has a more mature palet there'll be more there that she'll be willing to try so next time I stay at a monorail resort I'll definitely be booking an ADR there. I only haven't tried it because DD12 was too fussy and I didn't see basic ingredients on the menu that I thought would interest her.

Rainforest Cafe: I've read good reviews but won't go myself. We've got one within an hour of our house so when at WDW I'd rather eat somewhere I can't eat at home and I'd rather eat at a WDW owned restaurant since they have so many more options typically.

I have bolded those restaurants that I have heard so-so or negative GF reviews for. You might want to consider Sanaa instead of Rainforest Cafe (at Animal Kingdom Lodge), La Hacienda de San Angel (instead of the original San Angel), and Raglan Road instead of Wolfgang Puck Express. Just a suggestion :thumbsup2 Check my siggie below for my 2011 GF dining review- Grand Floridian Cafe is included (very good- they were awesome) as well as some other suggestions.

For our 2013 trip, we are doing the following:

Breakfast - Kouzzina (heard great reviews and DH wants his GF mickey waffles)
Lunch- Raglan Road (awesome in 2011), Big River Grille (Anthony, General Manager is Celiac), Kona Cafe,
Dinner- Sanaa (has a GF menu), il Mulino (they work with food allergies even though not WDW owned), La Hacienda de San Angel (best GF meal we had in 2011)
....and Babycakes, of course!

Raglan Road instead of Wolfgang Puck Express.

Great suggestion! I'm determined to try it because not only do they have fish and onion rings but I've read some other really fabulous dishes described by others. If you'd prefer CS then go to Cooke's of Dublin next door. Their fish and onion rings are AMAZING.
