Is that the one with funny plan names like "dumbo or die"? If so, I liked those when I was planning our very first trip.
I used the UG, Birbaum's book, and whatever else I could find (most recent editions ALWAYS) at the library. I know I used some message board or the other, but have NO clue what site it might have been back in prep for our Sept '05 trip.
But HydroGuy really has a ton of info in that post someone mentioned. Learning about fastpass and either going against the grain of the crowd (I remember that turning left instead of right made a ton of difference, since supposedly most people will turn right) or being to where the crowd is going but *first*, will lower the time you're going to wait. And being to the parks before they open, so you're in the front of the lines can also make a big difference.
