How are the lines at Trader Sam's these days?

When we were at WDW last year, there was always a big wait so we didn't go - has this died down some with time? We're going for just one day next month and would like to check it out this time.

It will depend. Sometimes it is not bad. Sometimes, someone shows up with their marching band/population of BRazil/bachelor party at 3:30 and camp for 2 hours.

It is really going to be random, and because of the size, it is very responsive to these kinds of traffic things.

We tried to go last Friday around 5pm. There was no line and they were willing to let us in, but it was standing room only. We really wanted to sit and relax, so we settled for the terrace.

We're spending the day at AK and then heading to the Poly to watch the fireworks. Hoping to have a few drinks and food in between as well as after the fireworks. So we won't be there to line up pre-opening - likely to arrive around 6 or 7pm

We'll be arriving at the Poly around 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday. Would like to go to Trader's for a nightcap. Do crowds tend to lessen later or increase?
