How are the crowds?

Hi! We just got back home an hour ago  and it was pretty crowded. We were there from 10/2 to today and I was pretty surprised by the crowds. Especially after reading here how dead the parks have been for the last couple of weeks. I expected them to be a little more crowded than September, but not that much more.

That being said, we really didn't have to wait in long lines (usually 20 minutes tops), rode everything we wanted several times and only fast passed Soarin' and Splash Mountain. But walking around just felt really crowded. I'll be posting my free dining reviews and trip report soon! Jennifer

Hard to say. I'm in the middle of my two week trip here. So far I've just been in Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. I walked onto everything in MK on Tuesday. Biggest wait I saw was 20 minutes at Snow White. Small World was 5 minutes or less.

Today at EPCOT it was fairly busy. But I think that was due to MK closing early for the Halloween party. Soarin' had a 60 minute wait, though I was on the ride within 40 minutes. I walked onto Figment, Honey I Shrunk the Audience and Circle of Life. Walking around the countries only got crowded where the bands played and crowds rubbernecked.

I'd say it isn't dead, but it's nowhere as busy as it was in March when last I was here.

I had heard that the kids in Florida are off the week of October 3rd. I was there from 9/28 thru 10/4. The crowds were lite from 9/28 thru 9/30 then began to pick up from there. Still, we had no problem getting timely entrance on any ride. :cool1:
