We are arriving Saturday 5/15 -5/21. We are staying at POR. Just wondering how the crowds are right now and how are the extra magic hours?

TIA

Welcome to the Dis June:wave: I think you're going to be ok during those days. Anybody else??

Welcome to the Dis,my experience during the week you are going was 7 years ago and crowds were low to moderate. The weather was great with a few short showers.I think you will be fine use Fast Pass and arrive to park early and things will go great for you.Have a magical trip.::yes:: :wave2:

I did a survey on the Resort board "whos going in May" and that week came up with the lowest percentage. I'll see you there remember the lime green.

We just returned from doing all four parks last week and were surprised at how crowded it was. Most travel guide books say early May is a great time to go because crowds are lower, so maybe our expectations were different, but we actually left MK at noon one day because lines were so long. The bellman at our hotel told us that several of the resort hotels were full.

Tip: If you are staying at a resort, don't do the early entry, or if you do, go for the first couple of hours and then go to another park. We found that whatever park had early entry was the most crowded that day.

If you have any questions feel free to PM or email!

Thanks everyone for the replies. We can't wait!! We are arriving Saturday at POR!!!

Went to MK for the day on Sunday, May 9th. For our trip, the park was not crowded. Most rides were walk-on, or, at most a 10-15 min wait. Weather was nice, mid to upper 80's, but not much humidity. My brother and his family are over at the MK today and he was waiting in line at Dumbo around 11:30am with only a 15 min wait! No crowds for him either. Hopefully it stays that way for your trip! Have fun!:earseek:
