How are the crowds in the month of APRIL?

Thanks to the hurricanes, my trip to WDW in late Feb has been put on hold for now.

I was talking to my friend who will be going with me. And he brought up the month of April or May for a trip.

Has any one gone during that time?

How how are the crowds?

I'm thinking in April we will still have to deal with the Spring Break crowds. Am I wrong?

Any info from someone who has been during these months would be really helpful. Thanks!

There's a poll about spring break time here somewhere. Just do a search & you can see a sampling of what April/SB times look like. I know ours is at the end of April . If I could wait til May, I would.

April 21 thru May 1 and we JUST missed the spring breakers. The crowds were still pretty good sized but not too bad. Also I think sometimes spring break dates change so you may want to look into that too. Oh and last but not least while we were there, there were some grad night events going on too. I don't remember if there were any pertaining to Disney but I know for fact Universal had something going on.

It depends on the timing of Easter and Spring Breaks. With a late March Easter next year and Spring Breaks concentrated just before and just after Easter, crowds should start dip around the 20th (or slightly later) of April. Then stay reasonable until Memorial Day when the Summer Season basically kicks off. (though, early June should be reasonable also.)
