How are disney restaurants for vegetarians?

My last trip was quite short so I didn't try any TS restaurants other than Chef Mickey's. I am planning my second trip for fall/winter this year and would love to go for the dining plan to try out some of the TS restaurants at WDW.

Are there any vegetarian disney veterans on this forum who can give me insight on Disney restaurants from a vegetarian's perspective?

TS restaurants are generally pretty easy. They either have a vegetarian entree already or they can make one off the menu, especially with advance notice. It's really just a matter of looking at menus to see what kinds of cuisine appeal to you. Breakfast is a very vegetarian-friendly meal.

Most vegetarians on the DIS seem to love certain places more than others, of course. Boma seems to be a big hit for dinner, in particular.

Over the past few years, vegetarian options have come along way. Originally there were not a whole lot and then it was the same meal (pasta and veggies) at every restaurant. Now there are several options, but not very many at each place.
