we will be at US next week, and wondering with (if) spring break is over, how the crowds and temperature are?

We're leaving tomorrow!! Hoping crowds are not to bad...think the spring breakers are all gone! The past 2 years we have went in early May and it has been reasonable crowds.
As far as the weather goes...rain going through today and early tomorrow but after that it looks great...temps in the high 80's. Enjoy!

Temperature: warm
Crowds: minimal. Busier than Nov or Feb, though.

Had a fantastic time. One suggestion I would make is to get there early. IOA opened at 8:30 am instead of the stated 9am. We rode Spiderman first, then off to Popeyes Barge ride for 10 times in a row...my six year old loved this ride, then to the Unicorn rollercoaster and back to Seuss Land which still wasn't crowded. We like to hit the parks hard...I hate waiting in line...the kid's know what they like to ride...and we go!!! We were able to move park to park no problem. The afternoons at IOA were packed with teenagers...seemed like Universal was empty. Don't forget the kid's suits for Universal's water play area...we had a blast! Try to hit Jimmy Neutron first...fills up fast for the whole day! Enjoy, wish I were still there!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

You know what would be cool, is if they hooked the wait clocks at each ride to a central computer, then displayed that info at the board in front of the park electronically, and put it on the web for people to view. Currently, the wait board at the front of the park is manual, so you never know how accurate it is.

This way, people could get an idea of when the crowds are the most at the rides.

I think Disney does it manually. They are accurate most of the times. Once though, it posted a 60 minute wait for Kali River Rapids at AK when it was really 35.

That would be smart, but they can hardly handle fixing the time manually. I remember seeing the hulk wait board say 45 minutes, and then 10 minutes later it said 20 minute wait but the line was still the same length. Maybe if they had sensors in the line to see where the line ends, and give an approximate time... 5 minutes give or take would be fine. Doesn't Disney have it electronically set up?
