What web site do you visit when you're bored? Let's share some great websites out there.

Disboards of course!! But when I'm really bored I usually play a classic board game @ games.com , or a game @ yahoo

tricia.

I own an ezboard, it's the only other place I hang out besides here on the DIS. :wave2:

I LOVE that site!

Of course, I must plug my own sites as well:

www.TheArtofMurder.com - a look at the artwork of the Clue/Cluedo boardgame and its variations through the years.

www.WhodunitMysteries.com - Host your own evening of mystery with my free, downloadable Murder Mystery Party Game(s).

Michael -- I love your Clue website! I was so sad when I got the 2002 version for my son and the characters were animated, I was expecting the 1972 version! My favorite was always Miss Scarlett. :) It was fun looking at that, thanks!

hmmmm in addition to the DIS, there are a few joke sites, news sites, the smoking gun is fun to check, etc.

I also am fortunate to be part of a private BB group with a wonderful group of funny, caring, supportive people, which is where I spent the majority of my on-line time. It validates for me that there really are some wonderful, special and kind people online and I feel quite blessed to have been lucky enough to meet them.

I like the Clue site, too!! My original was the 1963. One of your versions has a different first name for Miss Scarlet. Her first name is also Vivienne ( me! ), maybe that's from the movie?!?!

Vivienne

I love Damn Hell *** Kings (It's not bad! The title comes from a Simpsons quote!); it's a portal that showcases a lot of great writers from the Television Without Pity recappers. I also browse Digs Magazine pretty often; they're a house/lifestyle website geared towards people in their 20s-early 30's that's updated every Monday and Thursday. Obscure Store is a great weblog for strange news. Of course, I read Metafilter and Salon.com too.

I like www.overstock.com

They have a great variety and they ship your order for 2.95 or less. I've been happy with everything I've ordered from large furniture items to small items!
