It is for the bottle, they have some in the refrigerator for you to purchase. I know that in our August trip I am so going to get one try it!

I saw it recently. They sell it by the bottle or by the drink I think. The bottle is about half the size of a regular bottle of wine.

Plan to buy some next time we are there. Will report back.

When I had it in March it was 15 for a light up flute glass(plastic ) of Nuvo. I do like the glass, but it was no GG or GM slushie.

We are heading to WDW in NINE DAYS ..... so, I definitely will be purchasing this! I will be sure to take photos of it & me holding it so we can all see what size it is in comparisson ........ so, stay tuned for photos of me & the sparkly-pink vodka drink! I will probably be able to post (crossing fingers) somewhere around July 15th (we return on the 13th!)

Here is a photo of our table of drinks @ the Poly Memorial Day Wknd! There were 4 of us ...... 3 obviously had the Lapu Lapu & the other had another drink (Pineapple Sunset? )
In the background, you will see 3 glass drinks .... these are the refills of the Lapu Lapu - they are less expensive since the whole pinapple isn't served with the drink. Our waiter suggested the refill glasses after our first ones!

I'm honestly not entirely sure - the people we were with paid the bill. I think the Lapu Lapu itself is around $14, but the refill was like $9 Please don't hold me to that as I might not be 100% accurate.
