How about a roll call of those attending the annual meeting

I didn't get that sense last year although I will pay more attention to it this time. My takeaway was that people who had a beef with DVC tried to monopolize the Q&A. Members were respectfully asked to limit themselves to one question. Those who were cut off were people who tried to throw out 2-3 different questions from the start, and then ask more follow-ups as responses were provided.

On the Members Cruise, most of the members that had complaints were speaking from a personal perspective and not about DVC as a whole. And at least half of the questions were from members that were not savvy with their DVC membership and how it works.

Also, the DVC senior executives that were taking questions from members did take notes. They also gave everyone a lot of time to talk and share opinions, even past the scheduled time allotted for questions.
