housekeeping

Hi Everyone:
I was just surfing the boards & watching it rain here for the 100th day at least & wondered about all the housekeeping complaints. Do most people tip housekeeping when their length of stay is shorter than a full housekeeping visit? I'm sure they do not make much money salary wise & if they depend on tips this could be why they are not very enthused w/their work. Just wondering?

I leave tips on Towel day, full Housekeeping day, and at check-out. Towel day is about 1/2 the tip I normally lave for full and check-out...and it varies by room size.
