I'm sorry your beds were hard. The a/c at all three hotels are "Smart Room Technology for automated heating and air conditioning". Just set the temp at where you want and it will turn on and off when you enter and leave the room. All three hotels are eco friendly resorts.

We set the temp... to 72 it went from 76 to 77. When we asked about it we were told to try it at to 69 and see what happened. It stayed at 77. Not unbearable but not delightful either. It was late and we were all tired. We didn't want to stay up to get more help / and get less sleep. The hotel really was beautiful and everyone was VERY nice. We (me and hubby) should have traded beds with our boys... their bed was wonderful!

We had a great time anyway!
