House sitter won't let me pay her, any ideas for a gift?

We're going to WDW for 2 weeks and my cousin will be house sitting(and dog sitting) for us but refuses to take a dime to do it.

I want to show her our appreciation for doing us this huge favor, any ideas on what I should get her?

A couple of Spa treatments.

Does she collect anything? Buy her a collectable.

Does she like to cook? Something for her kitchen that she wouldn't buy for herself.

While she is sitting, arrange to have flowers or a nice gift basket delivered.

A robe & slippers.

I like the idea of bringing her something back from your vacation - a collectible or something personalized from WDW to let her know you were thinking specifically of her when you picked out the gift - and that you appreciate her.

Yeah gift certificates, you could do some type of monthly program where something is delivered to her every month, or even have one of those catering services. You can set it up with them so that you can pick out the foods that you want delivered, and they will deliver them one or twice a month so that your cousin doesn't have to cook-what a surprise that would be.

How about a gift certificate for a massage or a facial? Something she wouldn't ordinarily do for herself?

Thank for all the great idea everyone!! I felt so bad that she won't take any $$ from us since she'll be staying at our house for 2 weeks AND taking care of the dog! But now with all these great gift ideas, I won't feel so bad, she can't refuse a gift!
