I need a rental for 1 night (July 4th) for 7 people. Has anyone stayed anywhere they can recommend that will let us rent for just one night? Thanks!:goodvibes

It will probably be difficult to get a 1 night rental as most owners put a minium of 3 nights. If someone has a gap between other bookings then I am sure they will be able to accommodate you - however it is still very early for July bookings so you may have to wait a bit.

not that I want to put a downer on your plans but I can't see how this would be god for an owner. You don't make much on a one nighter. It breaks up the weeks too much and cost to reclean it would be a lot.

Why not get some connecting rooms at a nice hotel for the one night?

If you don't mind paying a premium, I think you could rent through Reunion and get a home for one night.

I agree with what PhotoBearSam said. Even if you can find somewhere to rent for one night, pretty much everybody I've ever looked at charged an additional cleaning fee if you didn't stay for at least 5 nights (often 7 nights), and the cleaning fee can easily range from $60 - $90 (or higher). When you factor that cost in, you probably would be better off getting a 2BR/2BA suite at somewhere like Staybridge Suites.

When we have a night between other reservations, we just fill in with two hotel rooms. Much cheaper and simpler than trying to find a house to rent.

Thanks for your thoughts. Any other hotels with 2 bdrm units that you'd recommend?
