Thanks:earsboy:  :teeth: :earsgirl:

Still hoping to get a post from some one who has done Gospel Brunch.:earsboy:

I'm not sure it's exactly the same, but I imagine pretty close.

The food is buffet style. Pretty good. the chedder cheese grits are great. I remember the normal breakfast food, along with fried chicken, and cornbread, mac and cheese. Sliced meat. There was also a dessert table. I had a brownie, and I think peach cobler. Nothing at the dessert table stands out as fabulous.

The drinks that were included were coffee, and water at your table, and Oj and apple juice at the bar. You could also order soda, or mixed drinks. The wait staff can get them for you, but ours kept forgetting.

THe music was good. Only lasted about 30-40 min. The waited till people ate. I expected it to be longer.

In vegas they sat up long tables, 4-5 probably. Everyone sat together, and the tables were very close together. It made it difficult to get up and down.

I liked it, and was glad I went, but probably not go again. OVerpriced for what was included. I would like to eat in the Dining room.

I know we paid, when we ordered the tickets. I don't know if it is the same or not.

Mady for the information and taking time to post,I appreciate it.Will let DW read your post and let her to decide if this is something she wants to try or not.:earsboy:  :earsgirl:

Hi Danny, we went to the Gospel Brunch at DW a few years ago. The food was much better than that served at most buffets IMHO. It was cajun style and very flavorful. You had your own omelets made to order. Long tables were set up and you sat in groups.

The music was good. The only bad comment I had was that we ate as the music was performed and we had to get up and clap and sing along a lot so it did not make for eating the food hot. The other poster said that at his they did not perform until after you ate in Las Vegas. Sounds like a good idea if they have changed it as it must be hard on the performers to have the audience getting up and down to get their food.

We got to talking to the people next to us and even though we were from different places we actually had a friend in common. It's a Small World after all!!

SG/Linda

Thank you for the information, after reading your and Mady's post DW says she would like to try it at least once.I think it is something that we will enjoy. Then after our experience I can give information on it to others that might help them decide if they would like to try. Thanks again for your reply.:earsboy:  :earsgirl: :sunny:
