House of Blues Seating

Can anyone please tell me what the seating is like at the Gospel Brunch at House of Blues? The seating chart looks like round tables, but when you try to make a reservation what looks like a round table comes up as a row. In other words, say there is a circle with the number 11 in it, but on your reservation it shows as Row 11, Seats 3 and 4. Also there is an area called "tier 1" behind the "pit". Is this good seating? Is the "pit" too close to the stage. I know sometimes when you are on the first row you have to look up to see the stage and it is not as good as a table further back would be. Can someone who has been to the Gospel Brunch give me a better idea of what I am reserving? Thanks so much!!!

I'm sorry I can't help, but I'm sure interested to hear the answer. We scheduled for gospel brunch for 10/17. When I made our reservation, the person told me that table are assigned in the order that reservations are received. Since we will be picking up our tickets at will call the day of the brunch, I have no idea where we will be seated. I hope someone who's been there can answer your question.

DW and I were there a few years back and when we were there the seating was at long tables in front of the stage and you sat where you wanted. There were no real bad seats to see the shoe, which is excellent!!
Food was great also.

1) For most shows, it is general seating.
2) For Brunch and other shows, it is assigned seating.

When we went 3 years ago, the tables on the ground floor were all round - I'm not sure about upstairs. I think that when eg it says row 11, it means table 11.
We were sat on table 10, which was right next to a speaker - very loud. In fact they gave us earplugs!
The view was fine from there, but if we went again we would ask to be seated further back.

The show and food were great, and we really enjoyed ourselves.
