has anyone been to a gig at HOB? is there any way of booking directly via the venue? i've gone through their website, and it directs me to ticketmaster. the face value of 3 tickets is $36, but ticketmaster are adding $24 in fees!
can i book over the phone with the venue?

we went to one a few years abck and purchased tickets at HOB

its great as its quite small so very intimate

i want to try and get them in advance, any idea if i can call them and book them?

not sure, on their website it says call for certain tickets, we didnt know the concert was on till we got there so just got them there

im really surprised at some of the artists they have there! im beyond gutted that paolo nutini is there just a couple of weeks before we get there! :headache:

We went to see Travis there last year. Think we pre booked the tickets and picked up at the ticket office a couple of days before the gig.

Great little venue, good places to stand and see (considering i'm only just over 5 ft!).

Really enjoyed it!

Hi Tracy
Not seen you around for a while, hope you are well.

I look at HOB site every few days, never see any names I know when we are there. Pet shop boys after we come home, would have like to have seen them. Foreigner are there but I only know 1 song. Will keep looking.

Hi Wayne

Yes we're fine! Think you've just got to hit lucky with gigs at HOB and HR.
We're on the look out to see what's on in November!
Seems ages off!

I went to the HOB a few years ago to see Soulfly, which im not sure if many of you would be into that hehe. I just bought tickets at the office earlier in the day, but if you go to the HOB website just pic the orlando one and u can book tickets through there

saw a band called Rise Against last year, just booked through the american Ticketmaster site and ticked will call, to pick the tickets up there, easy, although they do add a few fees on.

We booked our tickets in advance from ticketmaster US and did will call, $60 still seems a good deal for 3 tickets when you look at im paying £45 each for green day for NEC Birmingham
My son and I went to see MUSE while mrs biggy and me daughter with my mom went to the sea world Luau (unlucky) hehe
was probably one of the best gigs ive ever been to due to the fact its a small venue, they take orders of food and beer where you sit.

It is pot luck to who is on and they seem to give dates very close to the performace dates, we have been lucky enough to see MUSE at HOB and Paramore at HRH

omg, very jealous about muse at HoB!! i still havent got round to seeing them!

Friend of mine saw them on Monday night - she says they were excellent.

Hard Rock is also a great venue.

We saw Sir Tom Jones there on our last trip. Great show.

theres only 2 things on in september too, nothing good though :(

I check their site every few days also very little on in August Counting Crows are there but again only know 1 or 2 of their songs.

I also check these 2 sites

Love Counting crows, seen them 3 times and would love to see them at HOB. Going to see the Killers this trip at the UCF arena. Keep looking out for anything at HOB though - love seeing big bands at small venues.:goodvibes
