House of Blues - Downtown Disney

We've never eaten there and have an opportunity. Is it worth it? I saw the menu and it looks tasty but I noticed no prices listed. For 2 adults and 2 children what should we expect price wise? We will be dining around 5pm is there music at that time?

Hi we haven't eaten ther yet but are going in dec to eat there. Go to restrauant.com thye have gift cert cheap for house of blues most times there is a code that get even cheaper will look for code and post usually you can get a 25 dollars gift cert for 10 and code from 50 to80 percent off that
ok code is fall and good until 9/30 so the gift card is only 2 dollars other wdw from swan and dolphin may be on there

I actually have two gc's free I need to use. It's one of the reasons I was considering it. THe restaurants they offer near my home are just so so. I figured it might be worth the try there.

We enjoyed it. Even
though our server knew he was going to get the guaranteed tip he was still awesome. I had soup and salad, DD had the steak which she enjoyed. Try and get there by 4:30 they have 1/2 appys from 3-5, not to mention drink specials. We'd definitely go back even without the $25 gc.

HOB is one of the better moderate priced (relatively speaking) options in DTD. The po boy and meatloaf are two things I usually get along with a side of cornbread for sharing.

My DH and I love the shrimp appetizer with the cornbread. We always end up practically licking the bowl! The last time we were there we had an especially awesome server who noticed us looking up at the ceiling (the decorations are amazing and the ceiling has numerous tiles of famous blues musicians). The server brought us a chart listing all of the musicians and their locations on the ceiling - might be a fun activity for your kids while you're waiting for your meal. Also, music usually doesn't start until 10pm.

DH & I enjoy the HOB here in MB. In fact, we ate there for Thanksgiving one year, & missed it greatly when we didn't eat there the next year! I'd definitely do it if you have a GC.
