Hours of operation at Starring Rolls Cafe?

Just a word of warning too, if you're going for the cupcakes (which I do), get there early in the day. Once they run out of a certain flavor, they don't refill.

Starring Rolls doesn't prepare anything onsite except maybe the drinks - it's all brought from somewhere else - which is probably why they don't refill when they run out of things.
