Hello!

I don't see anything online about EMH hours but I see that people are going to the parks an hour early?

We are staying on property, are there EMH before and or after?

Also, we will be there New Years week, is it typically too cold to eat outdoors at a table service restaurant?

No EMH, parks are opening about 30-45 min early.

The weather in January in Orlando can be a hit or miss...sometimes a bit too chilly sometimes totally fine.

We'll be there the same time... Hopefully this link works, it's the actual temps from last December. Although historical temps really mean nothing, this year could be completely different.
