I joined Hotwire Savings Club a couple of months ago to buy vouchers for an upcoming WDW trip. Sadly, I won't likely keep the service because the resturant certs are pretty limited and I can get cheap movie tickets through work. The reps have been very nice and I've received most purchases in about a week. However, I had a bit of a scare in April when I returned 2 adult breakfast vouchers (before the deadline) that expire 5/31/04 for exchange with 2 vouchers that expire 5/31/05. On 4/30/04 I received 1 adult breakfast voucher. Of course I panic and start kicking myself for not jotting down the original serial numbers and not listing them on dis auctions = dufus. I call right away, explain the situation, csr checks with supervisor and says they've noted my complaint and I should call back in 7-10 days to check for a resolution. What?! I know you guys will say "ask for a supervisor right away", but I decide to give their process a chance and wait a week. On 5/5/04 I receive the missing voucher via 2 day express mail. Mistakes happen, but Hotwire made it right.
