Hotwire Question

I am wondering if I book a secret rate room on Hotwire for 2 adults and 2 children, a 4 star Lake Buena Vista - downtown Disney, will it automatically have 2 beds or could it have a bed and a sofa bed? My kids are not little so we need 2 beds for sure…2 queens

In the Orlando tourist areas the room will likely have 2 beds but that's not a guarantee.Once you book call the hotel you get and ask,most likely it will be but if its not ask them to change it which they most likely will.That's my experience as a longtime Hotwire user.One time I forgot to call and when I got to the hotel the room was one bed and they asked me to pay $10 a day for a 2 bed room.I say Orlando tourist area rooms tend to more likely have 2 beds since its aimed at families,if for example you're booking a room near the airport or in another city that will have more business travelers the higher likelihood it will be only 1 bed.

There are websites that help you try to determine the hotel before booking. I usually use one called Better Bidding. At the top, in the blue, there is a "Hotel Lists". I use the information on this site to try and determine the hotel so I can research it before I book.

It is not 100% all the time as the resorts may switch up what they give Hotwire or a new listing might be added. I am usually able to figure out the exact lodging or at least down to about 2. I have only had 1 non-listed hotel pop up when I booked, but it worked even better than I thought it would.

I use Hotwire pretty often. Every time I have booked 2 adults, 2 children I have received a room with two beds. In my experience, if its a four star property, likely the beds would be queen size. A one bedroom suite may be more likely to return one bed and sofa-bed.
