Hotwire Problem...getting worried!!

Hi... i orders many (over $800 worth) of the Hotwire store gift cards (i think 36 in all) and only received 2 of them from two different stores....i understand that each store comes separate, but the 2 i received came very quick....within a week....but it has been over 15 days and haven't received the others....i called the customer service and they said it says they were sent out already. They were very nice and said they would have a specialist call me after they tried to figure out the problem....BUT as i am waiting, i am VERY nervous...i already received the charges on my credit card bill and wonder if i can really have a problem here.... they told me it takes a few days to research everything, but still i am a wreck as these are all my Christmas presents that i am giving out this year....anyone have a problem like this and what should i do? BTW..i ordered my disney tix and they came very quick with no problem

If they have appeared on your CC and you have not gotten them. WRITE the CC company (you have 60 days to do this) and put the money in dispute since you did not recieve them. When you do recieve them you can call the CC company and remove the dispute.

Then call Hotwire and tell them that the charges are in dispute.

The only thing i am worried about is that if i put the charges in dispute now, hotwire may not put thru the rebates on my credit card, which i believe go thru at the beginning of the month... should i wait til they go thru (hopefully in a few days) and then after that put thru the disputed charge.???...thanks

I'd say your bigger concern is being charged for what you haven't received and I'd deal with that first. Worry about the rebates second.
