Hotwire is HOT

We got the Walt Disney World Swan for our Mothers day in MAY!
8 Glorious nites in those Heavenly Beds......

I ususally go through Priceline...this time i Tried Hotwire...AND I AM JUST TOTALLY THRILLED. $84.00 per nite at the SWAN.

I have used Priceline Many Many times...and NEVER gotten the Swan or Dolphin....I know other people have....and i always hoped i would get those hotels but never did.

DONT get me WRONG...I am a huge fan of Priceline and I have ALWAYS been happy with the HOTELS that i have gotten from them....Just Awesome....

But, I wanted to share my Joy over getting the Swan..and spread the news of HOTWIRE Being a Good way to get a GREAT HOTEL.

Awesome deal! What star level does hotwire post this at, and were you able to figure out it was the Dolphin by the ameneties posted?

Yes please give us any hints so we can "recognize" the Dolphin by the amenities list. Also, can you remember if it said "Customer Favorite"?

I had no hints.........I was trying sooooo hard to figure something out. What i did was...I took a risk.......I purchased only one nite for my trip....and then the other 7 nites....

I could have wound up in 2 different hotels.....but i was NOT willing to just book the whole thing without knowing... Once i knew...then i had No hesitation to book the rest.

That is all I can tell you ...I was sooooo nervous that morning i did it...but geez....I was sooooooo eccstatic.....and I am still Floating on a cloud over it...I cannot believe I was soo lucky.


My thing...even with Priceline...when you bid on 4* or 5*
YOU CANNOT BE DISAPPOINTED. The list of hotels are fantastic.

I have dabbled with 3* and gotten the Hyatt, Sheridan Safari, Renassaince.....and I have been Happy with those hotels..Especially for 35.00 per nite....all of them LESS than one mile to the entrance gate of the parks.

I have never seen a List of Hotels that Hotwire works with..I just saw Someones Post here saying they got that hotel for 84.00 per nite....and that is why I took a chance...the same price..


I bid in Lake Buena vista area.......

AND because i got the Information HERE.....I HAD to SHARE it here.....Hopefully somone else can benefit from the information..Like I did.

Check the resort board for hints how to get Swan or Dolphin. Just reserved 12 nts for $81/night at the Swan (2 rooms). Look for the thread titled "Swan/Dolphin on hotwire"..
