I ordered Park hopper pluses on 12/31 and on 1/5 was told they were out of stock and did not know when or if they would get them back in. I asked what to do since I was leaveing on 1/16 for WDW. They told me that I could not cancel and if the tickets came in they would send them and charge me. I just got back from WDW, had to buy more tickets and guess what??? They shipped the tickets on 1/18 and my credit card was charged. I called AMEX and they said they will dispute it, but I am concerned that Hotwire will win and I am out 800.00 for tickets I could not use. What kind of company treats people this way?
