Is anyone having trouble logging into hotmail today?

I keep getting pop-ups that I'm getting mail, but I can't get to it

I haven't been able to logon to my hotmail account since last night. I keep getting the page unavailable message.

We weren't able to get into messenger yesterday at all. I could at work, but not at home. It is working fine tonight.
