Has anyone ever used hotelquest.com? I'm thinking of reserving a room at Country Inn and Suites through them and just wanted to verify the site.

Sorry never used them and haven't heard anything about them. Check out their cancellation policy. Sometimes when you use a company like this one, you are not refunded if you have to cancel.

That's what I was worried about but it clearly states that if you will not be staying at the hotel, you need 24 hours cancellation notice to avoid being charged.

It looks like the reservation goes straight through the hotel.

It can take up to two days to confirm the ressie and I'm anxiously awaiting a reply from valuetrip.
