Hotels that offer Quick Queue at SW - but 'Subject to Availability'

Planning to stay at the SpringHill Suites, which offers a free shuttle and free Quick Queue passes, but 'subject to availability'. What does this mean? We'll be travelling there the weekend after July 4th (or possibly Monday the 8th) and think those quick queue passes will come in handy. Still not sure if we want to go, since we may be too tired from Universal, but want to have the option there, nonetheless...thanks!

Means they have a limited number everyday and they are first come/first serve. My advice is to get them the night before. We stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations. When I checked in Tuesday afternoon they gave us our Quick Queue passes for Wednesday.

My advice: Get them the morning before, not the night before. We did that last week.

It means they only have a certain amount available per day. We checked in yesterday at the Residence Inn, and they had a sign on the Expedia desk indicating that they were sold out of QQ passes for the day ("sold" being a poor choice of terms, perhaps, as they are free to guests of onsite hotels). We were, however able to get the QQ passes yesterday for use today. We hope to get our Christmas Day passes this morning......DH is heading downstairs very soon to wait for the desk to open at 7 am.

Quick Queue passes give you front of the line access to the major rides at SW (not the shows).

Those rides include:

•Manta
•Kraken
•Journey to Atlantis
•Wild Arctic
•Skytower
•TurtleTrek

They are worth $24.99 pp if you purchase them online or at the park. That said, they are free to guests of onsite hotels (the Residence Inn, Rennaissance, Doubletree, Springhill Suites, Fairfield Inn, and Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Grand Vacations at SW).

Hubby always goes down at seven while we are getting dressed to get the QQ. We have stayed at Springhill (love it) and Fairfield next door. The shuttle and QQ are both at Springhill but you just walk over from Fairfield. I like Springhill because the room we get has a portioned type area with a sleeper sofa. We love it there.

We stayed at Fairfield Inn December 15, after Disney cruise.

At 10:30 check in Saturday, we got the quick que pass. It was invaluable.
We also got the all day meal deal, 10% discount, thanks to hotel. We kept saying throughout the day that my sister picked the right hotel! Park was open until 11:00, so we ate three meals.

On Sunday, the quick que passes were all gone. Okay, on our second day we were just catching a few shows.

Our ticket was a two day pass discounted fron AAA, with tax, a little over $80.00.

They also offer "Kids Free" and "5 Parks, 1 Ticket" deals, so it just depends on which one you select.

Transportation to the parks (SW, Aquatica, DC) is complimentary at all onsite hotels, regardless of which package or hotel rate (AAA, etc.) you select.

It doesn't matter where you purchased your SW park ticket from, or what type of ticket you have (single day, multi-day, annual pass, etc.). If you are a registered guest at an official SeaWorld hotel, you are entitled to a free QQ pass for each member of your family (assuming their quantity for the requested day has not been depleted).

They don't even ask for confirmation that you have a ticket to SW when you go to pick up your QQ passes.
