Hotels that are NOT noisy?

I appreciate all the replies

I should specify that my kids are young, and we go back to the room for naps. We also go during off-season, so the parks close early and we are wide awake and need some downtime. We also need some pool time. We travel a long way, so we stay a long time, and some of that time is spent at the hotel. I would LOVE to stay at GCH, that would be my dream!!! But it is far too expensive for us at the moment .

Well, the Anaheim Plaza has a pretty large pool. We used it last summer and it was quite nice.
