Hotels booked for 11/12-11/19 stay?

Just phoned Disney to check to see if pin code or anything available for a stay in November (nothing released for those dates yet) and provided that I wanted a split Moderate stay at CBR and CSR. CM was very nice and stated that she entered the dates and that nothing is available at either resort for those dates and could I be flexible with dates or other hotels. Are you kidding me? This is one of those weeks that the parks don't fill up (I've gone this week for the past several years). I know that they haven't sold out of 4,000 rooms for this time period. What is going on with WDW?

I would call back and talk to another CM. I just checked the Disney World website and CBR had preferred, waterview & king rooms available, and CSR has standard, waterview, and king (plus additional suite-types) available.
