The 2 and 3 bedroom Grand Villas have a washer and dryer in the unit. If you rent a 1 bedroom it will not have a washer/dryer in the unit. We just got back from a stay there last week. My husband mentioned that on the 2nd and 4th floor of our building there were washers and dryers available in the closets opposite the elevators for the 1 BR unit people. These machines require you to pay to use them (bring lots of quarters!) and they are only available during certain hours so the noise won't bother people.
