hotelkingdom cancellation

Has anyone had to cancel with hotelkingdom lately? Has it gone smoothly? thanks, Julie

Although it hasn't been recently, I did have to cancel a reservation I made through hotelkingdom.com. They told me that my payment would be refunded minus the (I think) $50 non-refundable booking fee. When I didn't receive my credit within a week, I called and they apologized profusely for the delay and I received my refund the next day. I have only had great experiences with them.
