My son's birthday is coming up in 3 weeks and he's asked to go to a waterpark. He'll be 4 and isn't 40 inches yet, so he really won't be able to ride any of the major slides. We really just need the little kiddie slides/water splash area. At first we thought we'd do Great Wolf Lodge, but it's nearly $500 for 2 nights there.
We have over 110,000 Southwest points after booking our Disney flights so we thought we just might fly to Orlando and do a waterpark there for the weekend. We were leaning toward Nick Hotel (at just $110/night), but will it be warm enough for a waterpark in February there? What are our other hotel options?
We'd just go for the weekend (Friday-Sunday).
OR if not Orlando, where else could we go? We're not doing a birthday party this year--instead we're using our free Southwest points to fly and have experiences.
