Hotel with the best pool?

Which hotel within walking distance has the best pool? (Well, other than the gorgeous one at DLH!) And do you have any recommendations for hotels that are better suited to adults?

The Howard Johnson has a really fantastic pool. It's newly remodeled to a pirate theme. That hotel as well is great for families and coupled travellers too. Clean, friendly staff. I'd recommed it for all reasons above.

The HoJo pool, swimming pool, is actually the garden pool with no theming. The pirate area has a jacuzzi, a little kid's pool, and is otherwise a water play area. As far as I have read and heard.



It really depends on what your idea of a great pool is! Is it the biggest rectangle so you can do laps? Is it the one with the best pool lounge chairs (GCH)? Is it small and quiet with flowers around? That would be the adult, quiet, pool at Anabella (though I only saw it, never went in b/c we had DS with us). And so on.

The HoJo, it's not any farther than the Paradise Pier hotel and the pirate play area is great for the kids. The garden pool is nice too.
