Hotel With Indoor Pool

We have flights booked for our Disneyland trip, and it's now time to decide on a hotel. It seems many of the budget-priced hotels within a mile of Disneyland are similar, so I'd been planning to go the cheapest route and book Best Western Plus Pavilions on LMT Club for $85 per night.

However, my daughter and I super love to swim on vacation! I think it will be too chilly for us to swim outside in February, though.

Here is my question: Is there an area hotel with an indoor pool that we should consider? Budget is a top concern, but we'd be willing to spend a bit more to enjoy a pool on our trip.

I am sure there are more, however, the Desert Inn and Suites does have a small, indoor pool.

I second the Desert Inn...it's nothing fancy but considering the location (total walking distance / also runs shuttle for small fee), free parking, decent free breakfast, recently renovated, indoor pool like you are seeking I think its your best bang for your buck....I've stayed there 3 times prior and will stay again this coming Monday.

Well, if budget wasn't an option, I would recommend the Great Wolf Lodge in nearby Garden Grove.

That said, most Hotel/Motel pools in the area are heated year round, and you will find guests using them.

Of course, you can't predict the weather, but Anaheim has mild winters and sometimes some fairly warm days in February.

So I would say yes to swimming, but not the best to sun bathe.

Remember that you'll be in Southern California. Weather isn't really winter-like there during the winter. Look at it right now; 90s in November.

Yeah, we're hoping for pretty warm weather. Apparently the average high in February is 71, which is awesome for going to the parks but not awesome for swimming.

We will check out Desert Inn as some have suggested, or maybe just cross our fingers for a couple warm days to swim outdoors!

We stay at the Candy Cane and the outdoor pool is jammed packed in February.

We've gone the past 5 or so February....my son ALWAYS swims. The pool water must be warm because sitting out waiting for him is sometimes freezing!

Embassy Suites have indoor pools. There are several in the area, so make sure you look online to see which ones have the indoor pools.

We stayed at Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites in July for a block of 3 rooms. They have daily complimentary continental breakfast and an indoor pool. Very short walk from Harbor Blvd entrance. Take not that I usually do not find them on sites like Hotels.com, etc. I booked directly with them. Good luck!

My kids swim all year round in So Cal, in the Pacific even. Having said that, we live in Utah.
