I have looked at this board for a while, so did my mom. We were wondering where to find a chart with the hotel, points per night, and cost per point. Hopefully you knowledgeable people can help.

Points are available for all
DVC resorts, even those that are "sold out." The currently marketed properties are:
Bay Lake Tower at the Contemporary Resort ($112/point)
Animal Kingdom Villas/Kidani Village ($112/point)
Saratoga Springs Resort ($112/point)
Villas at Disney's Grand Californian ($112/point)
Boardwalk and Beach Club Villas are available for $106/point, Villas at Wilderness Lodge and Old Key West are available for $101/point, Vero Beach and Hilton Head Island are $92/point.
There are some sales incentives available for some of these resorts (Animal Kingdom $10/point off, Bay Lake Tower $5/point off, Saratoga $10/point off, and Grand Californian is $15/point off. There are also $5/point incentives at Vero and HHI.
All of the above require a minimum new contract purchase of 160 points. There are a couple of special incentives related to AKV and the Californian that involve sell-back of the first year's points or a gift card or annual passes with DVC purchase.
Almost all these resorts are readily available on the resale market and with this new batch of incentives, the resale contracts are pretty attractive. If you don't want one of the "new" resorts, you can do very well for yourself by doing the extra research and buying resale, though it will take longer than buying directly from Disney.
